The Sugar Grove Township Community Building’s Board of managers and staff meet on the third Tuesday of every month in the Parlor at 6:30 p.m (unless otherwise posted).

The public is welcome to attend these meetings.

Public comment at board meetings:

The board values public input to inform our decision-making and to provide information and insight into what is happening at the Sugar Grove Township Community Building. Meetings are held to conduct the business of the Sugar Grove Township Community Building and are required by law to take place in public; however, they are not public forums. We use the public comment portion as an opportunity to listen to our stakeholders, for that reason the board doesn’t enter into debate or respond to questions spontaneously or without proper investigation or deliberation. If you choose to speak publicly, we ask that you stand, state your name, address, and your association with us for the record, and limit your comments to three minutes or less so that all who wish to speak will have that opportunity. Those who speak are expected to maintain a tone of courtesy and civility.
